The Red Thesaurus

All summer, the pile of books on my desk stare at me, cover art imperfectly lined up, waiting to be highlighted, dogeared, loved, read and reread. I cannot bring myself to shelve them, away from fingertips desperate for a way to describe the journey to clarity. 

The research on clarity evades me unlike the data and piles of quotes saved on the change process or the neuroscience of goal manifestation. Despite my hours of reading logged, I cannot find the phrase that describes the first step in a clarity journey outside of my own coaching process.
