Resources: Reiki Books

There is not a lot of literature on Reiki. It’s a learned practice through certifications. There are two books I love to reference for inspiration and for new students of energy healing.

Jasmin Harsono’s, A little Book of Self Care, Tune in to Your Life Force to Achieve Harmony and Balance.

Jasmin is a Reiki Master from the UK. Each page has a different meditation or body scan that helps you add nuggets of reiki love to your rituals. It is all done in basic steps.

Des Hynes wrote In Focus, Reiki, Your Personal Guide. This 14 chapter book is an encyclopedia-like history and practical energy healing book. It’s a true gem.
