Reiki is my favorite way to slow down my mind + body to find my heart . Before I integrated Reiki into my practices, I was still all in my mind or all in my body or my to-do list or the past. Now I can center myself each day to reduce my reactions + stay clear in my boundaries.

Level 1 Reiki training is an exploration. Introducing the history that has been passed down through generations of healers. Learn self reiki techniques.
Includes a Reiki 1 workbook, Pre-Reiki & Post level 1 virtual reiki session, a certificate of completion, 30 day follow up homework will allow you to do reiki on yourself + your pets + loved ones.
