The Delmar is in Southport, CT a beachy town on the long island sound, to open your heart and mind.
This micro retreat is designed for busy women with a sliver of time to take for themselves after the holiday hustle and bustle. You will have the opportunity to explore your energy, transform will open your heart and your perspective to what could be.
The 24 Hour retreat
Friday Noon to Saturday at 1pm - $950 until Sept 1

The 24 % waxing moon
On January 27, 2024, the moon will be in a waxing crescent phase. A waxing crescent is the first phase after a new moon and is a great time to see the features of the moon’s surface.
During this phase the moon can be seen at 24% illumination. 24, 2024, YES YES YES

For those who want to participate in the full retreat and stay Friday night at the Delmar the retreat is $1000
3 rooms have the option for roomies. Two queen beds, luxury marble bathroom, $300 off the room or $150 each
