Where are you going while pausing to acknowledge the past?
As we know, change is constant. This is a powerful exercise to see a step by step timeline of the future. You will also show respect to the past by recognizing what we have accomplished. This was earth shattering for me to walk through to feel both today and tomorrow.
Who should use this: Anyone who is a slave to their to do list, who does not pause enough, who has a hard time celebrating, anyone who wants to think about yesterday differently than tomorrow. Let’s recognize where you are today and how far you’ve come!
